What is Gelangnu?
Gelangnu is a Guangzhou-based B2B OEM/ODM manufacturer from China, has own factory, specializing in custom bag manufacturing and bulk production.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We maintain a large inventory of ready-to-ship items. For custom products, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 300 pieces.
How long does it usually take to make samples?
Sample production time varies by style. Standard samples from our collection are ready within 7 days, while custom OEM designs typically take around 2 weeks.
How long does bulk production take?
Bulk production usually takes 30-40 days for new orders and approximately 30 days for reorders. If you need a shorter lead time, we are flexible and will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Do you offer OEM & ODM services? Can I put my own logo on the bags?
Yes, we are a professional OEM/ODM manufacturer. We can customize bags based on your tech packs, sketches, physical samples, or even ideas. We offer various branding options, including silk screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery, rubber patches, metal plaques, and custom woven labels.
What is your sample policy?
We charge a sample fee of per style (depending on design complexity), which is 100% refundable upon bulk order confirmation.
Does your factory have international social/quality audits?
Yes, our factory is ISO 9001 certified. Our materials can also meet international environmental standards (REACH, RoHS) depending on your target market’s requirements.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit to start production, and the remaining 70% balance paid against the copy of B/L or before shipment.
What shipping methods do you provide, and can you handle DDP shipping?
We offer FOB (Guangzhou/Shenzhen), CIF, and EXW terms. For clients who prefer hands-off logistics, we also provide DDP/DDU shipping (by ocean, air, or express/courier), managing all customs clearance and delivering the goods directly to your warehouse.
